Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy governs subscription purchases made on Samiksha360 (“Platform”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By purchasing any plan or service, you agree to the terms stated below.

1. 7-Day Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day refund window from the date of purchase for eligible subscriptions. Refund requests must be raised within 7 calendar days of the transaction date.

Refunds are applicable only to first-time purchases of paid plans unless stated otherwise.

2. Eligibility for Refund

A refund request may be considered if:

  • The request is submitted within 7 days of purchase
  • The user has not substantially consumed paid content
  • There is a verified technical issue preventing service access
  • The subscription was purchased directly from Samiksha360

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Request made after 7 days from the purchase date
  • Significant usage of tests, premium content, or AI features
  • Change of mind or lack of time to study
  • Incorrect plan purchased by the user
  • Violation of Terms & Conditions or misuse of the platform
  • Subscriptions purchased via third-party platforms (app stores)

4. Cancellation of Subscription

Users may cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically initiate a refund unless it meets refund eligibility criteria.

5. Refund Process

To request a refund, users must email us with the required details.

  • Registered email address
  • Transaction ID / payment reference
  • Reason for refund request

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, subject to payment gateway timelines.

6. App Store Purchases

If the subscription was purchased via Google Play Store or any third-party platform, refund requests must be raised directly with that platform and will be governed by their respective refund policies.

7. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page.
